Features
Six capabilities, one library. Here is what each one does, who it saves time for, and where it slots into the way your team already works.
Backlinks & knowledge map
Type a double bracket, pick a page, and the link is made in both directions. The knowledge map redraws itself from those links, so you can see what clusters together and what is sitting alone.
In your workflow: Run a map check at the end of each quarter and file every orphan before it goes stale.
Freshness tracking
Each page has one owner and one review cadence: 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. When the clock runs out the owner is pinged, and the page carries an amber flag until someone confirms it or edits it.
In your workflow: Set a cadence once per section, then clear the Freshness queue on Monday mornings with the bulk nudge.
Live editing & comments
Colored cursors show who is where. Suggestions appear as tracked changes you accept or dismiss, and every comment stays pinned to the sentence it questions until someone resolves it.
In your workflow: Let reviewers suggest, let the owner accept, and resolve comments as you go.
Half-way down the shelf
Backlinks, freshness and live editing come with every plan. Pick the shelf that fits the size of your library.
Unified search
Wiki pages, uploaded PDFs and threads from connected apps answer from the same box. Results are ranked with verified and fresh pages first, and ⌘K opens search from anywhere in the library.
In your workflow: Retire the “where is that doc?” question in chat by replying with a search link.
Verified answers
An owner marks a page as the answer, and the badge carries their name and the date. When the review clock expires, the badge asks to be re-verified rather than quietly staying green.
In your workflow: Verify the ten pages your support and people teams get asked about most, then widen from there.
Permissions & audit
Grant view, edit or publish rights by space, page or person. Sensitive pages stay hidden from search results for people who can’t open them, and every change lands in a log you can read.
In your workflow: Restrict a space on day one, then add members as they join the team.
Under the floorboards
The library only works if it reaches your other tools, protects what’s inside, and is there when someone needs an answer at 2 a.m.

Access follows the permissions you set, and the Archive plan adds the controls larger teams ask for.
Every edit is versioned, so a bad change is a click away from undone.
Ready to shelve it
Bookmark, Shelf or Archive: one payment each, and every feature above is waiting in at least one of them.
